Harbour Town Stage 2 Northern Precinct and Amenities Upgrade

The Harbour Town Stage 2 project was a personal favourite of Matt’s, and it is by far the largest project completed to date, having finished at approximately $516,000.

We completed this for a highly valued builder. It had a life cycle of approximately six months. In that time we had to install a high volume of LED strip lighting, which contributed to the full refurbishment of the northern amenities section of the Harbour Town Shopping complex.

We managed it by working multiple evening shifts. This project also gave us our first commercial exposure to C-BUS. It led to me later completing a C-BUS fundamentals course to improve my knowledge, understanding and appreciation of C-BUS, ensuring we now have no hesitation quoting in this area in the future.

The project was completed to an outstanding level of workmanship, and we were able to capture some impressive imagery.

Clean Power Electrical is very proud to have entered this project in the 2022 NECA Excellence Awards and we were later crowned state winners. We did not take out the national title, but we were humbled by the opportunity to step on tothe national stage and enjoy a memorable evening with the Clean Power Electrical crew.
